Opening Toast

Pizza Times Great White Pie: Carolina bleu cheese crumble, whipped ricotta, figs, and balsamic syrup with shaved San Giuseppe Carolina made Italian salami

Paired with Rodenbach Grand Cru

 

7:00 p.m. Dinner

First Course

Marinated and shaved fennel and arugula salad with parmesan, spring apples and vinaigrette

Paired with FunGuys Von Brango Pilsner 


Second Course

Slow roasted wild boar shoulder with dark beer and caraway gravy, horseradish mashed potatoes and grilled farmers market asparagus

Paired with Chimay White

Fox and Forage local mushroom and herb sauté, field pea succotash, sweet potato and rosemary mash and mixed mushroom gravy

Paired with Orval


Dessert Course 

Seasonal strawberry crisp with cinnamon nutmeg whipped cream, and house-made vanilla sauce
