A Belgian Welcome

Belgian Flammkuchen: Belgian-style flatbread baked with shaved NC Nahunta ham, leek and thyme crème fraîche and Pasendale cheese, vegetarian version offered

Paired with Pink Elephants: A blend of Delirium Tremens and Delirium Red

 

7:00 p.m. Dinner

First Course

Salad of Endive and Apples with yogurt herb dressing, honey-toasted walnuts and red onion

Paired with Tripel Karmeliet


Second Course

Savory beef and dark ale Winter pie with mashed celery root and golden potatoes, slow-roasted carrots and parsnips and Trippel reduced pan gravy

Paired with St. Bernardus Abbt 12

or

Braised winter vegetable pot pie with mashed celery root and golden potato, slow-roasted carrots and parsnips and horseradish dill sauce

Paired with Chimay Green


Dessert Course 

Warm sticky toffee cake with whipped cream and and red ale caramel sauce

Paired with Trappist Rochefort 10
