Grilled to Chef’s temperature medium and topped with a garlic cream sauce, paired with Parmesan-dusted frites

Lobster tail dipped in buttermilk, dredged in house breader, and deep-fried to a crispy golden brown, paired with Cajun-seasoned frites and topped with Cajun aioli

New York-style vanilla cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, layered with mixed berry compote, and topped with a sweetened ricotta-filled berry cannoli
